Once spellwork or ritual work has begun, the service is considered rendered and completed regardless of outcome, interpretation, or personal expectations. •    Timing and circumstances beyond the practitioner’s control

 

No specific outcome, result, or manifestation is 100% legally guaranteed. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are not buying a guaranteed result, but rather a spiritual service performed to the best of the practitioner’s ability.

Upon completion of your service, proof of completion will be delivered digitally. Proof may include (but is not limited to):

•    Ritual documentation

•    Photo of spellwork or videos of spell materials

•    Written confirmation of completion

•    Energy work notes or confirmations

 

Delivery of proof confirms that:

•    The service has been fully performed

•    The transaction has been completed

•    No further obligation or refund is owed Failure to receive proof due to incorrect contact information provided by the client is not grounds for a refund.

✦ PROCESSING & WAIT TIMES ✦

All spellwork services require processing time. Standard wait time:     

 

•    Up to 14 business days from purchase unless otherwise stated

 

This timeframe allows for:

•    Proper preparation

•    Energetic alignment

•    Ritual execution

 

Purchasing a service means you agree to the stated wait time.
Requests for early completion do not override the standard processing period.

By purchasing, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute once proof of completion has been delivered. Filing a chargeback after services have been rendered constitutes:

•    Abuse of payment systems

•    Potential fraud

 

In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to submit:

•    Proof of purchase

•    Proof of completion

•    Communication records

•    This policy agreement

 

False chargebacks may result in permanent service refusal.
